Laurie Masotto

Laurie F. Masotto has been practicing as an attorney representing Homeowners Associations in Southern California for over 26 years.  She has built strong and lasting relationships with directors, managers and industry partners and professionals, and enjoys assisting associations to operate at their best.  Laurie is experienced and available to advise and assist on all aspects of common interest developments, including but not limited to enforcement, interpretation, amendment and restatement of governing documents, collection of assessments, meeting process/voting, FHA approval, alternative dispute resolution, trial work, and is happy to attend board meetings and annual meetings.


Laurie received her undergraduate degree from the University of California-Irvine in Social Ecology, with a specialization in Criminal Law, and received her J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California in 1992.

She is a member of several regional chapters of Community Associations Institute (CAI), and regional bar associations. Laurie enjoys supporting and volunteering for various non-profits and charities, such as providing meals, clothing and other items to those in need, church activities, and enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two boys.
