Tracy F. Linkowski’s legal career began in 1994 working as the executive assistant to a sole practitioner and later the founding partner of a San Diego North County law firm. With the invaluable support of her husband, Michael, and while working full-time and raising 3 sons, Tracy pursued her undergraduate and legal education, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2006 from California Western School of Law in San Diego. Tracy was admitted to the California Bar in 2007. With over 20 years working for law firms specializing in representing common interest developments, Tracy has experience in a wide range of issues facing community associations, with her practice focused on interpreting and drafting governing documents, enforcement matters, and transactional work.
Tracy enjoys keeping abreast of new laws and cases impacting common interest developments and served as long time editor of a published legal guide distributed to community association managers and boards of directors in Southern California. Ms. Linkowski is a published author in several industry publications.
Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering with her church congregation and hiking with her Silver Lab, Chai. Tracy looks forward to upcoming international travels to meet new people, experience other cultures and expand her perspectives.
