Opening a new collection file with CLA has never been easier. Please complete this online information form, upload the requested file and make sure to check the delinquent assessment collection terms and conditions (which revises Exhibit A, the Assessment Collections Agreement, in most of our existing contracts).

The new updated Assessment Collections Agreement and your authorization are required for CLA to begin research and collect delinquent assessments, fees and costs from the delinquent owner.
