Opening a new collection file with CLA has never been easier. Please complete this online information form, upload the requested file and make sure to check the delinquent assessment collection terms and conditions (which revises Exhibit A, the Assessment Collections Agreement, in most of our existing contracts).

If you have any questions regarding same, please contact us directly at (833) 938-1877 and ask for Madeline.  The new Assessment Collections Agreement and your authorization for CLA to begin and collect delinquent assessments, fees and costs from the delinquent owner.
